Mixology Event at Rosewood Bermuda

David Bulters, award-winning mixologist, manager of one of Canada’s 50 best bars, L’Abattoir, and creator of ‘Close Enough Cocktails’, will guest bartend on February 17 at The Conservatory and will follow that up on February 18 with a takeover of Sul Verde. The festivities begin at 5 p.m. each night.

David brings nearly a decade of experience to Rosewood Bermuda, managing successful bars from Melbourne’s dynamic pub culture to Vancouver’s craft cocktail scene. Guests should expect influences from these destinations as they sip on exciting new riffs of cocktail classics.
