How did the idea for your business come about?
Kim Sheen: I’ve been a Real Estate agent for 28 years. I came up with my logo A moongate with welcoming arms to welcome you home and the moongate actually represents love, peace & happiness
What is the significant difference your business brings to the market?
Kim Sheen: I have a huge passion for my business. I absolutely LOVE what I do! I do my utmost to make
sure my clients are represented properly in the sale or rental of their properties. When I make them happy I’m happy! I set myself apart by taking professional photos of properties. I have actually sold/rented properties due directly from my photos.
How did you decide on the location for your business?
Kim Sheen: I currently only have my office out of my home.
How important have good employees been to your success?
Kim Sheen: Currently I have no employees. I would very much like to have sub-contractors but they have to be of the same mindset as myself. Clients always come first!
Describe/outline your typical day?
Kim Sheen: I follow up on emails and calls, marketing, show & list properties.
What has been your most satisfying moment in business?
Kim Sheen: Most satisfying is always putting a big smile on my clients faces when I save & make them money. When a first-time homebuyer finds their perfect new home! When my sellers sell their home, and can move forward onto the next chapter of their life! When my clients listen to my advice and all goes well!
What has been your most successful form of marketing?
Kim Sheen: Listing properties on Property Skipper and referrals from my clients.
How do you build a successful customer base?
Kim Sheen: Referrals. Earning the trust & confidence of my clients. I do what I say I’m going to do!
What kind of culture exists in your organization?
Kim Sheen: I’m an American agent.

Kim Sheen: Loreen Emery Ele Properties – She has been in the business 20 years + and is simply an amazing person and Broker!
Where you see yourself and your business in 10 years? 20 years?
Kim Sheen: I genuinely hope that I make a difference. When folks think of Real Estate they think of an agent that they can sincerely trust and know that I am truly working in their best interest.
